PAYMENT
Check, Money Order, Cash, Certified Check, or Wire Transfer. We cannot accept Paypal for WWII German items, because of their overly restrictive policy regarding the sale of items related to Germanys Third Reich.
1. Two day inspection policy. POSITIVELY NO returns on custom work.
2. Since we intend to work with our customers and try to be as flexible as possible, and deal with all issues on an individual basis.
3. Do not simply send items back without approval. All returns must be authorized by E-mail. We do not blindly accept packages without discussing beforehand.
Mis-used and/or altered products will not be remedied. Item must not have been used, and is limited to a 30 days from the date of receipt.
4. No returns on headgear under size 7 1/4, PLEASE MEASURE YOUR HEAD THREE TIMES BEFORE ORDERING. In ordering a cap in a small size, there is a pop up window confirming that the customer understood that the cap in not returnable.
5. NO returns on coats on size 40 and under, or on headgear size 7 1/4 and below. If you measure accurately, there will not be a problem. It is better to measure 5 times than worry afterwards
6. Tracking aka, US Postal Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping charge. However, insurance is not included and must be added by e-mailing me at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation only shows that it arrived, and the package will be left on your doorstep. We accept no responsibility for packages being stolen from your doorstep or mailbox. As a matter of course, we provide tracking numbers and shipping notifications via USPS. We do not follow up on who signed for the package at your office. We have had people come back expecting us to search for a package that is sitting in their mail room. All orders are FOB Gettysburg PA. All packages sent via USPS Priority Mail, as it is the most economical and overall best servcie. If you have a particular problem with the Post Office, and would prefer another carrier, you must notify us separately, and be aware that the cost is higher.
7. We would URGE you to ask as many questions as possible before ordering. It would be better to be clear beforehand than deal with a disappointment afterward.
8. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, for both outgoing and return shipments.
9. Order status is not available by telephone, and are billed at the rate of $15 per call. E-mails for order status on orders over 30 days are quickly answered. Order status requests for orders below $100 or less than 30 days for standar service are charged $3 per request.
10. All sales final, no refunds, no cancellations. Store credit only.
11. No sales to any members of the Liberty Rifles.
