Date Added: Tuesday 27 September, 2011 I recently became interested in W.K. Lewis & Brothers products after visiting the Bertrand Museum and after seeing some of their products in "The Bertrand Bottles - A Study of 19th Century Glass and Ceramic Containers." Nick's offering gave me a chance to delve in deeper and actually see what products they offered, what was their cost per dozen, what type of container they came in, and what size. It is well printed, contains useful information, and is a perfect item to stuff in with the Company Books for when it comes time to spend some of the Company Fund. A two pound can of Lamb's tongue anyone? What about stewed Pigeon? Don't worry, there are more recognizable products also, such as Pickles, Preserrves, Ketchups, Fish and Meat Sauces, Beef, Sundries, etc... Just the thing to improve your commissary impression or that food package sent from home! Also, I am no paper expert, but the catalog is printed on textured paper, possibly a bond type paper.
Another great product! Thanks Nick!
