Based upon an original example in the Museum of the Confederacy, this shirt was originally worn by a Confederate Surgeon named booth. The fabric is believed to have been originally produced in either England or France and smuggled through the blockade.

It is both rare and difficult to find a mill willing to print on woolens, but through dogged determination, we were able to see this fabric come to fruition. This 100% wool shirt, features hand topstitching, and details, as well as our own production of the Prosser patent buttons.

It is as close as you can come to wearing an original garment!
