I have been in this hobby a very very long time. I run the gambit of private to the occasional 1st LT. I contacted Nick regarding this frock coat for a special project that myself and several men in Louisiana are putting together. After some discussion and much debate with myself about which vendor to go through. There were several I contemplated using. I chose to go through Nick.

This is without a doubt. The finest Frock coat I have ever owned. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. The quilting is top notch. The sizing was perfect. 40 chest and a 32 waist.

When purchased it, I did not stipulate which buttons I wanted on the jacket.

Nick personally reached out to me and asked if I had a preference. I said I would like the New York State seals if they were available, but that general service eagles would work if not. I wasn’t holding my breath (I’ve had a hard time getting anything worth while lately the way that I want it without some modification done by me.)

This frock, from date of purchase, to my front door, was under two months! And it had the state seal buttons on it.

I cannot express in words the quality of this jacket with any other word besides the word Fantastic.
