he M 41 Field Jacket was a light weight jacket made of a cotton poplin shell with a wool flannel lining.  This jacket was worn by Army, Air Corps, and Marine Corps.  It is a short jacket worn open at the collar closed by a zippered front and a buttoned wind flap.   It has 2 slash pockets on the front and two waist tightening tabs in the back.   Cuffs also have tightening tabs.  It has epaulettes on the shoulders.
