PAYMENT
Check, Money Order, Cash, Certified Check, Wire Transfer or Google Checkout. We do not accept Paypal, because of their overly restrictive policy regarding the sale of items related to Germanys Third Reich. We have opted not to offer Paypal as a payment option, since we feel that as historians and as American citizens, we should not allow a financial company to bully us into studying topics that THEY feel is worthwhile. Our customer base is exclusively serious historians, we have never sold to, and WILL NOT sell to anyone intending to use our Third Reich Militaria as a weapon of intimidation. Paypals policy is clearly designed to intimidate historians, with the intent that they will come across as a socially conscious financial service. They are, in point of fact, not only trying to create a grotesque stereotype of Third Reich historians, but also making a statement about the average Americans ability to know the difference between right and wrong. Their attempt of trying to appear as do-gooders is nothing short of tacky.
1. Two day inspection policy. POSITIVELY NO returns on custom work.
2. Since we intend to work with our customers and try to be as flexible as possible, and deal with all issues on an individual basis.
3. Do not simply send items back without approval. All returns must be authorized by E-mail. We do not blindly accept packages without discussing beforehand.
Mis-used and/or altered products will not be remedied. Item must not have been used, and is limited to a 30 days from the date of receipt.
4. No returns on headgear under size 7 1/4, PLEASE MEASURE YOUR HEAD THREE TIMES BEFORE ORDERING. In ordering a cap in a small size, there is a pop up window confirming that the customer understood that the cap in not returnable.
5. NO returns on coats on size 40 and under, or on headgear size 7 1/4 and below. If you measure accurately, there will not be a problem. It is better to measure 5 times than worry afterwards
6. Tracking aka, US Postal Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping charge. However, insurance is not included and must be added by e-mailing me at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation only shows that it arrived, and the package will be left on your doorstep. We accept no responsibility for packages being stolen from your doorstep or mailbox. As a matter of course, we provide tracking numbers and shipping notifications via USPS. We do not follow up on who signed for the package at your office. We have had people come back expecting us to search for a package that is sitting in their mail room. All orders are FOB Butler NJ. All packages sent via USPS Priority Mail, as it is the most economical and overall best servcie. If you have a particular problem with the Post Office, and would prefer another carrier, you must notify us separately, and be aware that the cost is higher.
7. We would URGE you to ask as many questions as possible before ordering. It would be better to be clear beforehand than deal with a disappointment afterward.
8. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, for both outgoing and return shipments.
9. Order status is not available by telephone, and are billed at the rate of $15 per call. E-mails for order status are quickly answered. |
