As stated, one of the most ordinary items have proven to be the most difficult to obtain. For years, people were relying on one source for rubber blankets and ponchos, and oftentimes was the only item that they ever bought.We are very proud to offer this reproduction, which is based upon an original in the Mike Woshner collection. We have duplicated not only the Goodyear patent stamp, but also the inspector's stenciled initials, both of which appeared on the original specimen. We hope one day to reproduce some of the blankets recovered from the Maple Leaf Steamboat, and have marked this first blanket as the first in the series. Grab 'em while you can!!
